Public Services Affinity Group

The Public Services Affinity Group was developed to facilitate networking, increase knowledge sharing, encourage collaboration, and provide opportunities for cooperative professional development among libraries in the area.

This group focuses on areas including, but not limited to:

  • customer service
  • instruction and programming
  • marketing and outreach
  • user experience

The Public Services Affinity Group is brand new and we would love to hear your suggestions on how this group can best serve public services librarians and staff.
